For medical problems that cannot wait until your own GP is open, call us during our opening hours. For everything else, the daytime office is open Monday to Friday.
Medical calls, out of hours
Evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. A receptionist takes your details and a nurse calls you back.
Appointment only. Please keep your phone free for the call back, which comes from a private number.
Daytime office
For non-medical enquiries, payments, records requests and the SMS service registration. Not for medical calls.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

The office is an administrative address only. Patients are seen at our treatment centres by appointment, never at the office.

Your records
To request a copy of your personal data, complete the Subject Access Request Form and send it to the office by post or email.
Feedback and complaints
We welcome feedback about your experience. Write to the registered office or email reception@southdoc.ie with the date of your call and the patient’s name, and we will respond in writing.
